If the idea of getting fit or achieving that goal seems super overwhelming, then stop making it about *all the things* you need to do and make it about one thing: Getting there.
Get to the gym or your workout room consistently and then *if* you do something while you're there, it's a huge bonus. Rather than setting yourself to do all the things and because we always plan more for ourselves in advance, we get disappointed AND it starts to drain our finite supply of will-power.
Stop consuming your will-power!
